I just made my wife a Valentine gift of a pair of entwined hearts - carved from a single piece of wood, but free to move.
You can see how I made the gift here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Entwined-hearts/
I'm showing this off because I'm rather proud of it - I haven't done anything more complex than cutting planks since I was twelve, but I've managed to create something that has earned me a lot of brownie points at home.
Have you created something you're proud of?

Jordan - it's really hard to describe how I made the hearts without using pictures, that's why I posted it over on Instructables.
I did write a few articles for the Guide, but it's so much easier to be able to use photos and even videos, sites like Instructables leave the Guide in the shade for that kind of thing.
