If it weren't just student's practical joke I would give it a try.
I have eaten human flesh, but not cooked any human muscle... if you see what I mean.

I wouldn't eat it because processed soy products are disgusting

Didn't the guys that crashed in the plane in the Andes in the 70s say that human flesh tasted like cheese? Not sure if their's was cooked though... vague recollections of them using metal and the sun to heat things but that might have been melting ice.
