The CAVE smiley page is getting quite slow to load (for me anyway). Now that you have more and are thinking of expanding into more general types, you may need to divide them into sub-sections on different pages as I have with my collection. NB I did a more traditional but there is scope for a whole set of scary monsters - starting with the green guy which means so much to some of you youngsters.

It *should* be split into several pages in the next few days. But... oh waita minute. That won't help as much though. Hmm. We'll see then.

Blackberry Cat, in the best traditions of HHGTTG I'm going to have to ask you what colour that saucer (or bowl) of milk should be. We already know that the humans, if not the cats, will insert it nasally - unless there are people out there who have never even seen someone inadvertently mix breathing with drinking in either direction.

Considered opinion amongst the cats and cat-lovers from the FMA at the moment is blue (all 2 of us around at the moment) but I'd be so pleased not to have to struggle with a glass that I'd settle for anything .

That's good because blue was my preference too. I think I probably ought to do the sleeping thing for a bit though first. I've been doing entirely too many Smileys for CAVE and deserting the Dr.Who ones in which Spook and someone else are interested - not to mention all the ones I might do for other reasons.

For all the crashing and burning the site is doing? There should probably be a lot of 502 etc internet error smileys if they can be represented more creatively than just by numbers. I designed various network system icons (pre current internet) one of which was an engaged on the phone one and another very cross one.

It seems that we get an error after pressing post on half of all tries, and an error on half of all pages we open.
