quizzical, if you haven't found the information already, if you live in the u.s. you can get the book from amazon.co.uk. they will ship overseas, and the cost of the book and the shipping together comes to about $16. they are super-fast with their shipping as well, i ordered my copy last monday, it was in my mailbox on friday
