I note that the world leaders at the summit, ostensibly on food for the world, had an 18 course dinner!

I agree that 18 courses sounds somewhat excessive, but they'll have been small dishes, not like western style eating. Plain rice & vegetables might have been more appropriate.

When I was at Lake Toyako I ate jacket potatoes baked onion (in tinfoil) sausages , bacon some french bread and a couple of six packs to swill it down smiley - biggrin
