"Sex by eight" is a bizarre slogan. How can an eight year old give meaningful consent? I know Freud said that children are sexual, but Freud has (thankfully) been pretty thoroughly discredited by now.

They behave in sexual ways to varying degrees.

Some choose to follow their natural urges have sexual contact and full intercourse younger than some "adults" care to dwell on. Same sex opposit sex both at the same time, they have a lot of energy.

(Teens with old men is as you say, perfectly legal, though I'd dispute that it's natural - my memory of being a teen, and the comments of my children, and my nieces tell me, that girls regard the approaches of old men (30 is old to them) with 'eeeuuuwww!'.

I dont have very big boobs and rarely ware shorts skirts but Ive been approached by older men and women. Im over thirty and been hit on by teenage girls, by diferent girls as a stunt to embarass me or out of a genuine crush in other cases.

But that is not the issue.

Why cant you grasp that people who dont want the kind of things mentioned in the site YOU linked to happening yet still wan the right to be as they find themselves and not have conservative christians dictat to them.

What I dont know and others are with me on this is what it has to do with this topic. Once again the mention of the Brass Eye programme was related to the media and conservative attitudes. I cant find anyone but you mentioning eight year olds on this thread.
