lyndsey can u help me im so loneley need a woman in my life but everytime i see a girl i like i go all shy how do i build my confidence up any advice would be gr8 thanx

Well shyness is a great quality, i find it very cute
However, shyness is a type of confidence defect, you lack the confidence to show yourself infront of a lady friend!
To rebuild your confidence i would suggest that you join some kind of group, like an activity group, maybe a learning course?!
You could also, if you don't already broaden your social group! Do you have female friends? If not get some, it will up your confidence being around them & learning how to behave/act around them!
But the most important thing is BE YOURSELF! You then will earn the love of someone who loves you for YOU!

thank u hun i do have female friends but dont find ny of them attractive lol but when i go out ie clubbing or to the pub i find it hard to chat 2 a girl unless im nearly blotto lolxxx

Well approaching anyone whilst drunk isn't the best thing to do as alcohol clouds the mind & ur initial judgement of someone could not be correct! (eg you may think she is gorgeous & then wake up in the morning next to a troll
)
As to your female friends, you do not have to be attracted to them but ask their opinion aswell, act around them as you would like to around a potential "girlfriend"
I hope you get over your shyness, as it is only a little hurdle that you have to jump to find true happiness!!

well first of all shyness is nothing to worry about, it's somthing that you can overcome in time and believe it or not some women find that an attactive quality in a man, my advice to you would be just be yourself and the rest will fall into place natually and i can guareentee you won't be alone for long
