..but must ask what time of day the meet would be- takes three hours to get down there from sunderland y'see, so I'd obviously be better off with an afternoon meet...

We're currently looking at meeting at 1300 and continuing through to chucking-out time. So there will be afternoon activities

I've done a little mooching on thetrainline.com and apparently if I get to derby at 1320 and leave at 1944, while booking more than 14 days in advance, it'll only cost me eleven quid to get there! Which sounds like a plan to me...
