Right, well, that depends on who's coming by road, who by rail, and whether people are coming in the afternoon and/or evening. I'd suggest having two meeting times/places - one at say, 1400 at the train station, or the cathedral or the pub 
, and one at about 1900 at the pub. I'll wear an h2g2 shirt and my silly hat- that should make me easy to spot, and if everyone else gives an idea of what their wearing, it should be easy enough- it usually is

The speaker is actually Jerry's nephew, whose name escapes my mind. The cartoon is one of the classics, when Jerry is a musketeer and Tom is one of Mazarin's men.
