Ok so the building is tired and delapidated but it still has some fine features like the curved car decks and the entry and exit spirals.
Why not retain these features and incorporate them into the new scheme, after all every centre needs a car park?
For a Government so keen to encourage sustainability I see little foundation in pulling down this building in its entirity when some aspects could still work well in the future.
Pull down the grimy bits but lets keep its finer features?

Perhaps a little bit off topic, but I was just wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of architectural plans of the Tricorn centre, before it was pulled down.
I have tried searching all over the place and have had no luck.
Any help would be appreciated
