h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*Shalla shakes her head.*
After I arrived I went straight to the council chamber.

I made my first one with my Master, but after I lost it I built these two.

*Pamun shows Shalla her twin sabers. They have a simple design similar to Obi-Wan Kenobi's and have icy blue blades*

I want to be able to use them both at the same time. The training is hard but I'm going to stick with it and I am getting quite good against the training droids. But as a famous smuggler once said 'Good against remotes is one thing, Good against the living is an entirely different matter'

*puts the sabers away and glances at the broken training droids that haven't been cleared away*

Seeing as all the masters are busy I don't think they would mind if I show you how to make one, what do you think?

*shruggs* Why not?

Ok, we should be able to find most of the components in those broken droids, the only thing I'm not sure we'll find there is a crystal of some kind to make the blade. Maybe we'll get lucky, the blasters should have some sort of focusing crystal

*goes over to droid pile*

*Follows looking thoughtful.*

*Pamun tells Shalla what parts to look for, then starts checking a broken droid for anything useful*

<had a look. Going by the information on there, you'd have to travel off-planet to get a crystal, and it'd take weeks to make.>
