Atkins is fine as long as you do it properly and take the supplements etc you are suuposed to Genie and Candice have been on it for a while.

there seems to be a lot of people against it, but I don't see anything backing it up, or proving that it's bad.
Most of the arguments against it are 'well everyone knows fruit's good for you, why are you cutting out fruit'

i just looked it up.
although my singing teacher went on it at one point and said that she really felt bad and couldn't think straight.

yes... well, ex. I've moved now. But I got to grade 7/ preparing for grade 8 (highest grade) so I'm fairly happy with my voice...

I think you can have fruit after a certain amount of time..youll have to ask Genie as I dont know that much about it.
