guitarman steps into mist

Hi John
You may not remember me - I was one of Vaughan Young's people who spent a week with you a few years back - you called me guitarman and on our Thursday evening I sang my song Arlington.
The week at Ardmore was special in many ways. For someone scared (or who thought he was) of heights it held many challenges. While I don't think the week had the effect on my career Vaughan may have wished for on a personal level I took away a few learning points:
- know what you want to do
- plan to do it
- do it as per the plan, and
- don't be afraid to walk into the mist.
So a very brief e-mail to say thank you because tonight the 'guitarman' sings his songs and plays his guitar, for the 3rd time this year, for people who want to hear him! The Troubadour Club in Fulham.
Having decided to share this news what should I find but you're off on your travels again. I will start reading the log and catch up. I hope the trip has been a success. Good luck.
Thank you.
