This looks tasty.
Perhaps you could tell more about where this dish comes from, when one might like to serve it, or some dishes that it complements particularly well?
I didn't know from reading your Paneer entry that it was supposed to create a cheese. I was thinking it would come out like a thick yogurt.
Capsicum is a strange word to me: to me it's just a generic word meaning any hot pepper. I am an indifferent chef, and I want to make sure I have the correct ingredients before I try this recipe and possibly ruin some good food. Is there a specific kind of pepper you can suggest that will work best? Which have you tried that are available to you taste best to your tongue, or which are traditional?

Hi again,
This is another recipe that I'll definatly be trying
Just a few more comments on this one,
I wouldn't describe paneer as cottage cheese - this recipe wouldn't work if you subsituted cottage cheese for paneer
the word "we" is first person so that needs to be removed, as you know entries need to be in third person.
I don't think !'s are usually used in this sort of writing, you words will make the same point if you remove them.
When you add a link to another entry in h2g2 you only need to post the number begining with A in this case A1118242

Hi again Anushodhak
Nice entry here, making me hungry. I've not come across this recipe although Muttar Paneer (aka cheesy peas) is one of my favourite spicy dishes to make at home. My local, very good, Indian takeaway does some good paneer dishes too.
Did you know there is actually an edited entry on Paneer at A201042? It's very short, from back in 1999 when H2G2 was very young, but you may wish to include a link to it.
Edited entries can only link to edited entries - so you can't include the link to your other piece on making paneer just yet. Shouldn't be a problem though, with getting links between your two pieces added once they've both made it to edited status.

Hi, I'd actually leave the link in because the chances are that both entries are likely to end up in the guide at around the same time.

Hi Metal chicken & Z!
Paneer Bhurji is not very common in UK. I discovered it in Gujrat (India). Actually scrambled egg is called Bhurji in India and Paneer bhurji looks like scrambled egg. On a web site I found another dish called Paneer Khurchan, which was more or less like Paneer Bhurji.
Matar Paneer is my favourite but I don't make it very spicy like takeaways.
Sure I will add the link you suggested. I wonder why I didn't notice it when searched the h2g2
