You know the sort, i.e. you've just managed to cycle a mile uphill without stopping for the first time, you're worn out, but feeling pretty damn good about it. You tell someone, and they say "pash, I do that every day" burst my bubble why don't you!
You've set yourself up for a big goal, it's a big deal, you're a bit worried as to whether you can do it, but you're damn well gonna try, and if you succeed, it'll be amazing It'll be the hardest thing you've ever done, and you've done it! Then someone comes along and says "it's only a piddling thing"
If you jog 10 miles every morning with 40lbs on your back before breakfast, that's great for ya . That doesn't mean my achievements are any less important. So don't come to me with your self-superiority comments because you think you've done 'bigger' things , it's all relative.
