I'm about average high and adaquatly overweight. I wear jeans that are 34 Leg, 34 waist. However looking aroudn for cheap jeans - I find 34 waist, 28 leg. 34 leg, 48 waist.
Who are these jeans meant for ??

They're meant to be for young people perhaps. Its called street wear.
The point in that fashion is the waist doesn't fit. Its supposed to hang down to nearly the bank of your knees and the crotch is supposed to be between the knees. Ofcourse they drag on the ground but by limiting the length to say 34 (for a 48 waist) then it wouldn't drag too much.
So but the 48 waist and a piece of rope
