h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

You finally got an interesting entry on the Front Page and the writer pulled an since it had been so long.

I agree - it is sad. Unfortunately, the UnderGuide is so badly understaffed at the moment, that it's all that we can do to get a new Entry out there every few weeks or so, with a timelag of something around the six-month mark at present.

What it really needs is some new blood and some new energy. It needs some new Miners scouring the shafts for the quality writing we rely on and urging the editorial staff (that's me, at the moment) to get their bloody act together.

So, since it seems to be bothering you that the UnderGuide is not all it could be - and you'll get no harrumphing from me - what do you say? It's a volunteer site. It can't do without volunteers.
