h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've never actually picked a nit in my life! Nasty things, nits. And I'm not obsessive. That's my oldest son who is obsessive. Now, there's a guy would gladly pick nits with you. I once saw him standing in the rain detailing his car with a toothbrush! It nearly broke my heart. But the kitchen floor was nice and shiny before he moved out on his own.

I am far too to be an obsessive nitpicker. However, I have been called a looney on more than one occassion. And my line of work requires a fair amount of nitpicking.....but I'm never obsessive about it. Ok, so I fired that woman because she wouldn't put the barcode labels on the way I liked. Anyone would have done that. And I cancelled that magazine subscription a while back because they always put the labels on crooked. And I changed paperboys because the old one threw the paper on the wrong side of the steps. And I made a clerk retype over 200 book labels because they were a sixteenth of an inch off center.
