What a great page, I LOVE reading, will read (almost) anything,,
I read all the posters on a bus and all the bill boards whilst travelling on a bus, but give me a good book and im lost till ive finished it,, I dont even stop there, I will re-read the same book over and over again if ive really enjoyed it,, Like my collection of The Lord of the Rings,
The Song of Albion, by Stephen Lawhead
A woman of Substance
The whole Narnia collection
and loads more......
I learnt to read at a very early age and never stopped.
Over the years I must have read 10s of thousands of books, magazines, leaflets, newspapers etc..lol

Hi Just me, for the kind words!
Yes, compulsive reading is a mixed blessing isn't it? One the one hand, you are never totally alone, even at times of immense weirdness I manage to find a strange sort of logic in tracking down a bit of printed matter & de-coding it. One the other hand, only a fellow addict understands!
*sigh*
words, words, words.
Sometimes a word speaks a thousand pictures; but not often; the two go hand in hand.

And the only problem with being a fast reader is that you run out of things to read that much quicker *sigh*
