Hi Deke
Thanks for this
Any chance of a section on eagles in modern culture, The Eagles (still going strong after 35 years..) they provided the radio theme tune for THHGTTG; the iconic American Bald Eagle; "The Eagle Has Landed"; Eagle the good golf score; Eagle scouts; Elvis Presley liked eagle jewellery; there's even an Eagle in A7012342 Lincolnshire, my home county...

There's one pub in the village of Eagle, it's called The Struggler, and its address is 42 The High Street, Eagle, Lincolnshire, LN6 9DG.
I promise I did not make that up

GB, thanks for your comments.
I really wanted to keep the format to keep as close as possible to Cefpret’s original conception. The modern culture items aren’t really my style (whatever that is) although I have to admit the entry looks a bit bare without that ‘something extra’ that you put in.
However, through a rather convoluted train of word association I have inserted a bit about Apollo 11’s Eagle and a story related by Mike Collins that I found interesting. I’m not sure that it fits in here so if there’s any objections I’ll probably have take it out.

Did you know there was an extrasolar planet discovery in Aquila announced in April 2007?
Around star HD 192699 (a yellow subgiant) mag. 6.44, distance 220ly, the planet is 2½ x Jupiter mass.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
