Hi loup and manda...... this is Jane aka quid animus esse animus esse etc.
Just to let you know that I tried quite a few times to change details on the link but it just kept throwing me back to the first page. In the end, I've had to come on the pc to do it. I really hope thats not the case for all digibox users.
As an extra little 'aside', I was having problems accessing anyway and as usual, had a few tw promises of a call. Never got it.
I don't know whether this is coincidence or not, but since trying to change all my details on hootoo via the 'magic email', I have since lost ALL my tv channells!!!!
Like I said before, I HAVE been complaining to tw for quite a while about the interactive service and it could be coincidence that the whole box has gone 'kaputt' since trying to change details on hootoo, but I thought I would mention it.
