grey hair is like a platinum medal one gets for surviving life
you wouldn't want to paint a platinum medal red, would you? so why dye your grey hair with henna? wear it proudly, i say

Because that is the best chance to get my hair shine like a gold? Not so easy to make dark hair golden, you know.

There is some gender based difference. I find "salt and pepper" irresistible on men. Women don't look so to me in those colours.

Yes, I love 'salt and pepper' hair on a woman.
I also knew a woman whose hair was naturally grey all her life. This was a stunning colour, but was a different 'quality' of grey to sage greyness.

Maybe, when I get to 40 or so, I'll stop dyeing it. Until then, those grey hairs are going to be covered. They show up too way much against dark hair.
