Beyond just "Reply", how about a "Quote" button where you could get the text of a previous posts.
What would be really great is if you could quote multiple posts. Perhaps press the Quote button, then get a list of recent posts which you can tickbox to allow inclusion of the text in your reply.

That would be a great idea and would really help for reviews. That way people could actually tell others where they went wrong by showing them and not in an impolite way.
