By the way - to aid you storking - It looks like I will be able to make the meet in London and would like to arrange accom - the place you sent me said they may want proof that people who stay are students - I am not - will I need to make other arrangements?

It's okay - they only want proof if you claim the reduced student rate, if you pay the non student rate they don't need proof of student status. I'm looking forward to seeing you again.
As for the essay i've just written an excellent sentance but can work out where I read it, so I'm desperate searching for reference.

Humm to be honest asap I think because there's a chance that they will be fully booked, it is after all a very cheap way to stay in central london. So I'm not sure, however, it is usually possible to sneak an "extra" person into a room, if you don't tell themand need somewhere to stay.. hang on your hardly know me..so probably think this is really really really weird stalking.... and I've already promised that VIP can stay on my floor if she needs to.
Acutally I'm sure you could always cancel it, it's not althoguh they're asking for a deposit, or just not show up..
