Right, I'm new to Scouting, so I'm trying to figure out the semantics on this.
1) Before I became a Scout, I found this entry and suggested it be moved out of PR
2) Gosho picked up on that suggestion and formally proposed the move
3) So, now that I've become a Scout, can I second Gosho's suggestion? Even though he was mirroring my suggestion in the first place?
