Glad to hear you're feeling better after you're "little kick up the bum". Too many people do suffer in silence. Go see your G.P you're employers won't have access to your medical records and the Doctor should be able to help. All the best for the future!

STRANGELY STRANGE ( A brain on a spring )

I think I will leave visiting the doctors until the end of summer.
If everything is OK over the summer and the St John's Wort is working OK I should be OK.
If it gets worse over the summer, or doesn't improve, then I will have to see doctor as it is likely to get worse over the winter and the St John's Wort is unlikely to be effective. Ironically, any medication the doctor gives is likely to be cheaper that St John's Wort as it costs around £14 per month for the good stuff, a prescription lasts 28 days normally and only costs £6.50.
To be honest I would like to avoid such doctor's medication, but might be needed really as no effective alternative. Hopefully if I start doing more things I will be less likely to get into a downward spiral!
