Actually I got to thinking about this last night. I'm going to need some assistance in doing this. The Scottish Researchers know about the log and even when I turn up late they all start it. MAybe something on the meet page to the effect that

DD is going to be keeping a log of the meet. In order for him to have a good idea of what is going on. If a incident happens and he is nowhere near take a note of the time and the incident (he takes no responsiblity for taking your words and changing them to be more entertaining) and let DD know so he can add it to the log. All paper used in creating the log will be recylced by DD so don't worry how much you use.

If we can be of any help, we will try our hardest!
