I *think* that this entry is finished but, having played the game for many years, I don't know if I need to explain any points further. Also I've probably made numerous spelling mistakes that I haven't noticed!

I like this entry a lot
If you're aiming to get it into the edited guide my only concern is the fact that you use the "Games Workshop" name, I know they are the only retail outlet for Warhammer but it might be against the BBC guidelines.
The one thing you might want to add is the variations of the game such as Warhammer 40,000.

One thing I was looking for was an entry on Warhammer 40,000... unfortunatly I don't play it (so I don't know the rules) and there are no edited articles about it... I could put a little bit at the bottom mentioning 40k though... would that be enough?
As to Games Workshop I had the same concern as you but, as you said, they are the only outlet for it I could probably work my way around it if I'm not allowed to mention them though...

Warhammer 40k is pretty much the same only it's set in the future and you have different armies. Space Marines and Imperial Guard (Humans), Orcs and Gretchins, Eldar(Elves), Dark Eldar(Chaos Elves), Chaos Marines(Chaos) and some wierd breed of aliens. The other thing in 40K is the multitude of vehicles.

Ok, I've added an extra bit at the bottom, just mentioning 40k... I've also taken out the references to GW apart from near the end where I mention the warhammer official site and link to the Games Workshop home page, do you think that'd be ok?

Don't worry, I've done so: this article A539570 is in the edited guide and mentions GW so I guess that means its alright...

I think you should move this into Peer Review now and let it get some comments there, who knows it might even get picked by a scout

EncyBass-: Not going to be around much next week, cos I've got a new job... Posted May 30, 2003
Might be worth mentioning Blood Bowl- I know that the box set isn't available anymore, but I've got a friend who works in Games Workshop who says it's coming back....

well I might change this, the article's in peer review now and theres some discussion about me linking to other articles about the other GW products... the point is you can only link to other Edited entries and te other entry is also currently in Peer Review so I'm not gonna do anything for now... but I might add it in later
