Auwww you're such a sweetie Pin I hope the entry gets in
Right first thing that strikes me is you need to put your track listing into a numbered list (ie with GuideML if you don't know the coding I'll dig it out) and the other thing is I'd be more inclined to use Headers than subheaders but that's just my preference
First Para: shouldn't it be "Musical by Andrew..."? The Show names need to be in Italics as well
Second Para: "Akaash on his rise to hit Bollywood movie star" this doesn't make sense, maybe it should be: Akaash on his rise to become a Bollywood movie star? or you know something like that
Para 3: Your Footnote needs a fullstop at the end
Your list I've already said needs reformatted I don't think you need "." betweek UK, but don't quote me on that I'd need to check the subeds usage page
The cast list I dunno, I'd be tempted to put the characters names in bold but I dare say someone will say otherwise
Short and sweet, looks good to me
Well done sweetie

I ummed and aahed over whether to put in a list or not, so I'll do that. Character's names in bold? Possible.

yeah lists look better like that and bold is just how I'd present it, I'm not quite sure why but it always looks better to me.

Have done everything apart from the bold becouse I ran out of time but will get round to that. Doesn't a Scout or something usually pop in here at some point?

::Flash of gunpowder and lots of smoke::
*Staggers, coughing, into the thread* Hello, I'm a Scout
This is a very nice entry, and I can hardly see a thing about it that needs tidying up or bringing into line with the guidelines
I'd add a footnote to the first mention of the word 'Bollywood' explaining exactly what it is, just in case there are people reading the entry who have never heard of it. And don't forget that if picked and edited, this entry will be around for a long time - much longer than the show's run, so it would be best to take out the reference to the show being on at the Apollo, although you can probably leave in the link to the website.
Aside from that, well done

Anyone else care to take a look at this fine entry? Does it need anything else or is it ready to be recommended?

Took a look at it, and it looks great to me. Seems ready, though there has been limited feedback in this thread . We don't want to rush into things, so I'll do some fact checking on the net

>>I thought I'd have lots of work to do.
Does this mean that they're much more to be done? It doesn't have to be comprehensive though, and it's much more readable if it's not to some people.
Anyway, from what I could turn up, it seems like this might be worth a mention -
>>BBCi Music: Bombay Dreams voted Best Easy/Soundtrack CD of 2002
Not necessarily 'BBCi Music voted etc.' but you might specify the genre of the soundtrack.
Anyway, a great entry

I meant that it didn't take me too long to write. The last (and only other) entry I had in peer review was someone elses that I'd rescued from the flea market and it took ages to get it ready.
The only thing I was slightly unsure of was the number Shakalaka Baby got to in the charts.

Are there any links to the other musicals you've mentioned, or to a page about Andrew Lloyd webber?
Other than that, very good entry!

I can't abide Andrew Lloyd Webber, but I do like this entry. Succinct and informative - well done!
Just one thing: a eunuch is a castrated male . So surely the unfortunate Sweetie should be referred to as 'he', not 'she'?

I checked for links to those other musicals. I couldn't find any. I'm sure there's something in Andrew Loyd Webber

I agree. I'm sure there's something in Andrew Lloyd Webber. In fact, I think he's full of it. But I can't say any more without breaking the House Rules...
However, there is actually quite a lot of info about the great man's works online. Just look here: http://www.westegg.com/unmaintained/alw/

Right, I thought I'd get comments on the eunuch issue. Throughout the play Sweetie is referred to as 'she', and the general consensus among those who have seen it appears to be that Sweetie is the favoured chacter, so you feel compelled to refer to her as a female.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
