Why am I not in the scout list in the drop down thingie above?

Probably because Anna is no longer an editor with the resources (such as current lists of scouts) to keep it all updated.
How to resolve this situation? 
No idea - you can always add your conversation thread with specialist subjects anyway.

I've realised the previous post is ballocks. I have a scout list on my page as well - whoever of the italics is currently in charge of updating the scout list is the one who can make the amendments that will affect all calls to the - don't write your query on this thread, post to one of the feedback forums
