Found it U218978 I don't know if anyone else is having a problem with it, but I got in fine, has she tried the usual reboot? Or it could be the reciprocal friends list.

Hi Kow,Sef
Venus hasnt added to her space as far as I know, apart from a Forum Thread Piccy, she can get to other spaces and pages, and I can access it PC and Digibox, tried a reboot of her digibox but still no luck ..... she was going to leave her digibox unplugged all night to see what happens..could it be a box fault?
Kow whats this possible prob with the Friends list?
Sef would the extra 6k be just with the forum pic as its been fine until last night
oh when I first tried to look at it last night on pc the first picture wasnt there it just said 'A Green Dragon'..
hope you both have a good Yule and holiday

Err why were you looking at my space before? I've never had a problem with it untill lastnight...
Thanks for the help!

Someone queried whether or not certain pages were accessible. It might even have been you. It was the 12th November and I can see that I compared several then but I don't have a thread link (it could be here or on manda's journal). I think your PS would have been an example of one which was OK. The extra 6K will be from text (journal entries, friends list etc) not images. I wasn't counting those in that quick note of source size.

View source, save as text, look at size of file. I have the unfair advantage of being on a PC and knowing how to use it!
The next stages of analysis are to view the text in another application and globally replace links and images in order to count how many of them there are. Slightly more sophisticated is counting up the memory size for all the images as well as the text.
Mostly I'd been deleting the files afterwards. But, because manda was fairly keen along with me to try and figure out what the limits for various things on digiboxes were, I'd saved the ones from that day temporarily. If I had found the thread where I'd recorded the info though I'd have been able to compare the rest.

Linux is a good advantage. Why were you asking me about measuring pages then?

I've just had a new version installed and not all mods installed yet and I'm not all that up with all the ins and out of the modules but I've got a good teacher ....which I need at my age
