You are quite correct, kow. The attribute is supposed to be HEIGHT. COLOR is the common one which differs in being American.

The reason it doesn't generate an error is that HTML (and therefore GuideML) is designed to be as version-compatible as possible. Anything not understood is supposed to be ignored. So the incorrect HIGHT (without an e) merely has no effect and the result would be the same if it wasn't specified at all.
