Hello Rollercoaster. 
I'm afraid that there aren't any chatrooms here, only forums which work pretty much the same way as message boards.
I see that you have been visited by an ACE:

If you check out the links given by them I'm sure that you will discover all you need to know about h2g2 and how to use it.
