Hmm still at it. This stuff went on a lot in the orphanages and institutions( as always the military personel)of the 50's and 60's.
I wonder if the recent laws inacted helped or hurt this sort of level 1 study on state orphans and others.
What about these institutions?
They say they are offering up to ther minute possibilities but they should not be staring with level 1
