The problem is you don't know you have it until somebody who knows (psycologist or medic) tells you. That's the way it was with me.
I heard the other day that they say it is like someone kicking a sod, except its in your head.
With me its sort of electrolysis. Please get help from the doc if you are concerned. Please tell your partner, take them to the medics with you because it is likely they will need the symptoms exlained to them.
Please don't suffer alone.
