Yep, wanting to be helped is the first step... but finding people who care enough to be willing and able to help is a real blessing, and I appreciate it very much. Thank you!

Yeah Psychocandy, it's great to want to be helped! At the stage I'm now at in my recovery, I both want to help, and be helped. I know I can help and others can help too. Others can also help by allowing me to help! You can help yourself by helping others, or by helping others to help you to help yourself ...
