Good Morning Manda, that's ok, I hope you are keeping well. Would you like some breakfast to start the day with. With all these new links, ACEing will become alot easier for me. Ever since I have been copying and pasting at the library's internet service computers it has made it alot easier copying long GuideML codes.

Good Morning Manda, I am feeling wonderful on this Sunny morning.
Here is a large bacon butty, a mug of , with no milk and sugar.
I love to have my bacon butty with a large dripping soft fried egg. I put vinegar and tomato sauce on it.

I have never tryed vinegar on my bacon butty, ( well not yet, but I will try almost anything )
I don't like fryed eggs with the with the yolks hard
I like my eggs beaten and done in my wok, with a bit of chilli sauce and a little bit of sesame oil

Hi kat
if you are going to use sesame oil in your cooking, remember that you don't use it the same as other oils, it is for flavoring and not for cooking, it has a very strong nut flavor and it is very nice
I think Chilli Sauce similar to Tabsco Sauce, but you can use a lot of othere Sauce in your cooking, I just like to try things and see what happens
but I get so when I make something that is realy nice,,,,and I forgot what I put in there

Good Morning Manda, I hope you had a good sleep and are feeling well.
Thanks for the tips, I have done that alot put things in dishes and I forgot what I have put in. I have found that Fresh herbs in pots are cheaper than the dried stuff.
BTW I have got an itchy right hand palm this morning.

Hi kat
I had a good sleep but I have got a bit of a bad head , I have been up since 5:45 and I made the misstake of haveing a cup of coffee, that always gives me a
but it will go
have you ever used a wok, once you get used to them they are great things, and the flavors you can get from there is
the only potted herbs I have at the moment is mint,,, thats for the spuds, the wok and to make a drink
If the itchy right hand palm is money coming in, then I'll have half,,,but if it means paying out,,,,then your on your own

Manda, that is one thing I have never cooked with a wok. I have seen demonstrations of people using them. When I was living in Scotland, they had the best spuds there but you cannot get them over in England. I remember when we had a garden and we grew our spuds, they taste alot better than the ones that you get in the shops.

i live on the 7th floor, so I dont think I will be growing many spuds up here
I just buy a bag of what ever they have in the shop
I might get some of the fresh herbs this year
they just seem to go to quick, and the I still have to go out and get some dryed ones

Thats a coincendence Manda I live on the 8th Floor. I hope that your headache goes quickly. I find that when I have headaches or any types of pain it takes at least half an hour before the tablets take effect.
Why could not the parrots find asprin in the jungle?
Because the parrots ate them all, paracetamol.
I know that if you are into herbal medicine that there are places that have them but are usually in very remote places.
I am very fond of spuds, I could eat a bowlful of potato salad on its own.
