Floppy drive dramas

Yesterday I took a look at a floppy drive that was reportedly not working. People could put their disk in, but it wouldn't read. Then they had difficulty getting the disc out.
So, I got the torch out and looked inside.
I found a Library card!
We tell our borrowers they need to log on to the internet with their library card, but this is a bit much!
