jaz'd(ace & yada yada *sigh* chocolate yada)

First the restaurants, starting with an very nice cozy neighbourhood(our neighbourhood anhagasmiley - winkeye)spot - http://www.culinacafe.ca - a definite thumbs up, quality & atmosphere! Just across the river & in pretty much a class of it's own from what I've heard, is http://www.hardwaregrill.com . Not in our immediate area, but very impressive as well, http://www.jacksgrill.ca . And I've only heard good things about http://www.characters.ca . Then there's http://www.laboheme.ca which has been been around for some time, although I've never quite gotten 'round to it - heard raves though! Another one that's survived for years is http://www.mikadorestaurant.com (& I haven't been there in years!) Haven't actually tried http://www.cafeselect.ca although now that they're also in what used to be the Turtle Creek location on 109th st... I've Definitely got to try http://www.khazana.ab.ca &-less of a priority-should at some point try http://www.bluechair.ca . Of course both http://www.sorrentinos.com & http://www.joeysmedgrill.com have been around awhile...& IMHO are quite adequate.

And for some general information on the city(presented in a quiz format)- http://www.edmontoneducates.comsmiley - cheers
