I thought some politician said Maidenhead had been ruined by the gin and jags brigade, anyone remember who that was?
Also, any recommendations for good restaurants for the pre-pub timeslot?

The Jasmine Garden is supposed to be nice. The one on Monkey Island is excellent, too, from what I hear.
