I did a little bit more research on the papaya, and also found that the black seeds in the papaya have a spicy taste similar to black pepper. I find this to be amazingly convienent, because many people use black pepper in their steak recipes. Maybe add to the entry that the seeds can be ground up in a mortal and pestal. Also I came to discover that the unripe papaya has more of the protien digesting enzyme than the ripe one does (I don't know how much a ripe papaya losses it's effectiveness over and unripe one.).
