Information obtained from Setsuko Ogura on LinkedIn:• BigAl, thank you for your introducing me links. Did you write about Hina Matsuri ? It's great and awesome ! You know about it better than me. I didn't know that clams are symbolic of chastity. But can I correct one thing ? 'rice wine' is 'shiro zake' in Japanese (shiro=white, zake=alchol), and 'chirashi-zushi' is rice in which we put cut and boiled things like mushrooms, eggs, carrots, etc.. The reason why we tend to have only two dolls is also we have smaller houses now. We need one room to exhibit all of them. Yes, I put them away late every year, so maybe my daughters will get married very late
