In NSW, the Board of Studies, setter of all external exams, uses this all the time.

School certificate (end of year 10) and Higher School Certificate (end of year 12, the final year of school) exams are printed in booklets made up of A3 paper folded down the middle and stapled, resulting in an A4-size booklet. As the exams almost never have a number of pages which is a multiple of 4, the remaining pages have the words BLANK PAGE (in caps) printed in the centre and the page number printed down the bottom. Also, on the final page of the exam the phrase "Copyright © 2002 Board of Studies NSW" appears.
