Amber traffic lights

I`m a delivery van driver, I was driving through Nottingham ring road when I noticed that at the traffic lights with camera`s the amber light only stays on for about 2 seconds and the amber light where there are no cameras stay on for about 4 seconds. Can anyone comfirm my observation on this matter?
