A Conversation for Great Dates in History
A little change I'd suggest.....

I've got a problem with the following.....
11 March, 1952 - Douglas Adams, much loved author of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was born!
6 May, 1954 - *Good news* for once. Roger Bannister breaks the four-minute mile.
Are we suggesting that the birth of DA was bad news?!? I think the editor should try and find something bad that happened in between these two dates or reword it somewhat.....

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
