How many g's are in a cup?

How many g's of flour are equal to a cup? I mean how many cups of flour = 200g's of flour? Over here in the U.S. we don't use the metric system much, and I'd hate to use too much or too little flour in the recipe. They keep on talking about converting over to the metric system, they even go over it a bit in math classes, but it's never really caught on. At least it still hadn't when I left highschool some 18 yrs ago. lol.
