This sounds wonderfully like a "Greek spaghetti" I've eaten. Only of course roasted it probably tastes alot better. I'll remember to try this one soon!
It would be interesting to learn where your family's recipe comes from though. IE which country/region.

The recipe originates from Hungary originally...
I prepared this last night for my first proper meal back in the UK... ahhhh it's good to be home

It always is good to be home. No matter where you go or for what reason there is something wonderful about being home again, even if it's only for a short while.
