Rain Poem
The rain pain is with us again (And not just on the plain). The snow melts As the water droplets pelt, Washing away the cold weather Which turns soft skin Into hardened leather. Hail and farewell To the chill and ice That crushes our hope In its frozen vice. Water, water everywhere But kids don't care. It's only adults That wallow in misery And despair |
