This is a popular seaside town (cluster of three "sister towns", actually: Le Tréport, Eu and Mers-les-Bains), with interesting villas and colourful houses on the seafront (couldn't get pics of those, sorry), and tourists can park at the top of the cliff above the town, and take the funicular down to town, and back again to their cars.
