Suzie Q's Heart Is Not in the Highlands
Paigetheoracle is in the Highlands. He's not happy. Neither is the Post Editor, who keeps demanding landscape photos. 'If you want landscapes, buy a postcard,' was the callous reply. So we got this.
The conversation went like this.
Editor: What the actual heck?
Paige: It's noughts and crosses.
Editor: What?
Paige: English game of noughts and crosses transferred to woodland. If you don't know about it, too bad. No actually it is a kid's game where you have a hache design, into which you fit a zero or an x. The winner has to have three of their symbols in a row, vertical, horizontal or diagonal (XXX or 000). Hope that clarifies the matter or you can Google it.
Editor: I know what tic-tac-toe looks like. But what's it doing in the woods?
